Return Policy


It is our first and most important goal to have and keep you as a 100% satisfied customer for years to come.

We strive to give you a variety of items at discount prices to keep your kids moving. Our wish is for you to feel so confident with our products that you will introduce us to family and friends. If for any reason our merchandise does not meet your expectations Follow directions below.

PLEASE NOTE: Parts manufactured by Power Wheels are not warrantied. To receive a warranty from Mattel on their parts you must purchase and have  them installed from an Authorized Service Center of theirs.

Do you charge a restock fee for returns?

Standard returns are assessed a 15% restock fee which will automatically be deducted from your return. Customers returning an item in order to purchase another item from Kidcars And Parts will be charged a reduced fee of 10%.

PLEASE NOTE:  Our costs to process, handle, inspect and restock returns are significant. Many merchants selling the same products do not allow returns at all. These minor fees are strictly to recoup our costs for handling your return.


Refunds will only be given:

Within 7 days after you receive your order and have contacted us.

On new and unused items.

Items that have been used or modified will not be accepted and no credit given.

You MUST obtain prior authorization before returning any items.

Packages without and Return Authorization # will be refused by our Receiving Department.

NO returns on electrical parts, batteries and chargers.

Customer is responsible for return shipping charges unless it is our mistake.

All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee. (Please see above).

Please remember the item is your responsibility until it reaches us. Therefore for your own protection we recommend that you send the packagel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods.
We know that things happen. Sometimes an item is damaged in shipping or is defective from the factory or you ordered the wrong part. We ask that as soon as your receive your order you inspect it and make sure that everything is correct and nothing is broken. If your item is new and has not been used we will be happy to accept returns. If there is a problem with your order please contact us as soon as possible!

Please follow the simple guidelines below:

All defective or incorrect items must be brought to our attention within 7 days.

You must obtain a Return Authorization Number in order to return products to us. Request a Return Authorization Number from us by email.

Orders returned to us without a Return Authorization Number will not be processed.

Once you have obtained an authorization to return merchandise we must receive those items within 30 days.

Fill out the Return Authorization Form and include in your package.

Write the return authorization number on the outside of the package to avoid delays in processing your return.

Make sure to add delivery confirmation or tracking to your returned items. We cannot be responsible for items that we do not receive.

If the items being returned have not been received within the 30 day limit your authorization number will be cancelled.


If you have had your merchandise for 30 days or longer and have never attempted to contact us with a problem we consider the transaction closed. As with all situations we will be happy to discuss the problem after that date but it will be at the desecration of Kidcars and Parts to determine if the return will be accepted.

Remember to include your return address on the outside of your package. For the safety of our employees, any package received without a return address clearly marked on the outside will be destroyed, and Kidcars And Parts will not replace the contents.
